RSI now below 20, and direction appears to be still downwards.
Pag bumigay ang 67, baka sa 63 or even 52 ang pulot nito.

Lugi ba?

Dahil be perceived anti DU30?

or affected lang ng hyping ni kenroy649 & phillcruger002?

what is your take on FPH, anybody?

kayganda ng earnings year on year, undervalued compared to BV, low P/E, may dividends. sayang no? pwede siguro 'to talagang kakalimutan mo nang meron kang hawak sa port.
If the market is always right, why does it need a correction? :D

@Goldenminer sir, meron ba direct action like SSS dumping Lopez stucks kaya bumaba ang mga prices nila, o perception lang na galit si Manong kaya out of favor sila?Akala ko kasi yung mga fundies base their buy/sell decisions on profitability of a stock and not on politics.

@jonsia bossing, avoid muna ako sa blues, toppish ang basa ko sa local market. Balik muna tayo sa ISM riddle, just for fun

FPH has a high debt in dollars and Peso is currently weak against the dollar. Maybe that is one of the reasons why the price is going down. For the past years also, its net earning is flat.

From 65.7 down to 65.5 then suddenly went high to intraday peak of 69.9 (6% increase) to close at 68.9, almost 5% higher than yesterday. Is there anything on the table or just a dead cat bounce?

First Philippine Holdings exec falls to his death at Rockwell tower — police

By Victor V. Saulon
Sub-editor

Lopez-led First Philippine Holdings Corp. (FPH) on Friday has confirmed the death of Ferdinand Edwin S. CoSeteng, president of two of the listed holding firm’s subsidiaries.

“We in the FPH family will always remember Edwin as a valuable colleague, a wonderful boss, and a loyal friend. We will miss him,” FPH said in a statement.

“We extend to the family, relatives, and friends of Edwin our deepest condolences and ask for prayers,” it added.

The holding firm did not disclose the cause of death of the executive, who led FPH units First Philippine Industrial Park, Inc. and First Philippine Electric Corp. He also served as director and executive vice-president of FPH, and director of listed property developer Rockwell Land Corp., also a unit of FPH.

The Pasig City police station tactical operations center confirmed that Mr. CoSeteng fell from a tower of the Rockwell Business Center on Ortigas Avenue in Pasig City. A staff of the station said the incident was reported just before 8:00 a.m. on Friday. He declined to give more details by phone. FPH holds office on the 6th floor of Rockwell’s Tower 3.

The FPH director, who would have been 55 on Oct. 27, earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Philippines and completed with distinction his Master of Business Administration from the Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University in New York.
