to be honest as a resident of davao all my life, pragmatic lang talaga yung leadership style niya. kung naalala niyo yung nangyari sa Yolanda na marami ang nabulok at mabagal ang aid because of red tape, with him mauuna ang aid before asking the LGUs for permission and such. for people, this is a risk kasi hindi mo sinusunod ang process pero for him, he'll just answer to them after aiding the victims. ganon po talaga ang leadership style ni duterte and hindi na mababago yan.

Galit na galit mga members ng KAPA who are mostly from Mindanao. Hindi na daw nila suportado si Digong at any Dutertes in public office. KAPA is offering 30% return per month for a minimum 10k "donation" for its 5M members. That's 15B per month.

There is no guarantee that such scheme will not happen again as it did in so many occasions. Pero government has a duty to intervene even if it means going against its own supporters.

ang talino.   recipe to ramble.
Senator Antonio Trillanes IV on Friday said the government should allow Kapa Community Ministry International Inc. (Kapa) to “operate temporarily” so it could return the money it collected from its members.

Nobody wanted to be the bad guy, except for Digong. The local LGU, walang ginawa pati Mayor, governor wala. It all stopped when Digong wanted it to stop.
