BDO Credit Card Holiday Treats 2011! Treats from Brownies Unlimited, Surplus shop, Rox, Tumi, The North Face, LadyBag, Bratpack, The Travel Club, Toy Kingdom, Caltex

  1. The promo is open to all active principal and supplementary cardholders of BDO MasterCard, BDO Visa, BDO UnionPay, BDO JCB and The American Express Credit Card, of good credit standing.
  2. Cardholders must use their BDO Credit Card from November 20, 2011 to
    February 29, 2012
    and reach the spend requirement to redeem the corresponding treat from the merchant partners:

    • *Accumulated slips accepted but with minimum of P3,500 per charge slip
      ** Accumulated slips accepted but with minimum of P4,000 per charge slip
      *** Accumulated slips accepted but with minimum of P6,250 per charge slip
      For Caltex, Redemption of fuel is from 8 am to 7 pm Mondays to Fridays
  3. Redemption of treats is from November 20, 2011 to April 30, 2012 from participating outlets.
  4. Gift certificates will be valid one year from date of issuance.
  5. All domestic retail, installment and international purchases are qualified. The following transactions are EXCLUDED from the promo:
    • Internet or On-line purchases
    • Mail Order/Telephone Order (MOTO)
    • Transactions via Recurring Payment System (RPS)
    • Cash Advances via ATM or over-the-counter
    • Auto-Charge
    • Charge on Demand
    • Balance Transfer
    • Balance Convert
    • Easy Pay Convert
    • Easy Pay Cash
    • Cash it Easy
  6. To redeem, BDO cardholder must present the following:
    • BDO Credit Card – should not be expired. (Credit Card may be swiped for a test sale transaction. A copy of the SALE and VOID slips shall be provided to the cardholder.)
    • Valid ID (driver’s license, company ID, SSS photo card, passport etc.)
    • Charge slip with transaction amount not lower than the spend requirement. A single purchase transaction requires only one (1) approval. Splitting into smaller transaction sizes and consequently requiring multiple transaction approvals to meet the spend requirement is not allowed.  Redemptions from such charge slips shall be deemed invalid.
      • Must be original. Photocopied charge slip not accepted.
      • Must be electronically authorized.
      • Must be the customer copy (Duplicate/Merchant copy not accepted)
      • Card number printed on the charge slip must match the card number of the BDO Credit Card presented.
      • Full Cardholder Name and BDO Credit Card number (first 6 digits only) must be written at the back of all charge slips submitted.
      • All original charge slips must be surrendered upon redemption.
  7. A maximum of 3 redemptions will be allowed for charge slips generated from the same store or establishment within the same day.  Remaining charge slips will not be honored for redemption. The cost of the item redeemed through the use of the remaining charge slips shall be charged to the Cardholder’s BDO Credit Card.
  8. Only one redemption per qualified charge slip is allowed.
  9. A cardholder will only be allowed a maximum of 5 redemptions per day even if he has more than one qualified BDO Credit Card.
  10. Authorized representatives will not be allowed to redeem.
  11. Charge slips generated from casino transactions, business transactions as well as from merchants specifically engaged in wholesale (ex. warehouse club) and distribution
    (ex. food supplement dealers, multi level marketing) will not be honored.
  12. Cardholders without original charge slip/s or with charge slips that are faded and unreadable will not be qualified to redeem. BDO shall not be obliged to recognize or replace any unissued, misplaced, lost, faded or stolen charge slips.
  13. Treats are not convertible to cash and may only be availed at participating redemption outlets specified.
  14. Treats are not for resale. Any activity involving reselling of the treats will be deemed fraudulent.
  15. The Cardholder will be charged the cost of the treats redeemed should the Cardholder cancel the qualifying purchase or transaction at a later date or if the charge slip used to redeem treat is found not qualified. Similarly, if his/her redemption is found to be invalid, BDO reserves the right to charge the cost of the redeemed treats to his/her BDO credit card.
  16. In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc., BDO’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo or for any redemption shall be resolved by BDO with concurrence of DTI.
